K-Tron smart flow meter (K-SFM) provides reliable feeding, metering, and monitoring of bulk solids without any moving parts. Bulk material flows through dual measuring channels, where patented Smart Force Transducer technology determines the actual flow rate, ensuring precise measurement while handling powders, grains, pellets, and other free-flowing materials gently.

Reliable and low-maintenance design

Constructed with durable stainless-steel product contact parts and a robust, simple design, the K-SFM is virtually maintenance-free. Automatic taring and SmartConnex™ controls allow for continuous, accurate monitoring, while the system performs consistently regardless of material characteristics.

Flexible integration for diverse applications

Available in two sizes, K-SFM-275 and K-SFM-350. The K-SFM covers a wide range of feed rates, making it suitable for small or large-scale processes. Its compact design and lack of moving parts make installation straightforward and integration into production lines seamless.

Simplified operation and measurement

With free passage for bulk solids and no moving components, the K-SFM minimizes material degradation and ensures gentle handling. Quick disassembly is possible when needed, and the system is compliant with CE standards, with options for hazardous locations (ATEX, NEC).
