The KEK Kibbler lump breaker from Kemutec is a heavy-duty industrial pre-breaker designed for fast, reliable, and consistent size reduction. Engineered by Kemutec for food, pharmaceutical, and fine chemical processing, the KEK Kibbler efficiently reduces large material lumps up to 6″ into uniform 2–3 mm particles.

The construction of Kemutec KEK Kibblers makes their performance strong and robust, whilst its specialist design allows it to demolish large lumps of material up to 6″ (150mm) and grind them down to as small as 1/8″ (2-3mm), for further processing. To ensure a consistent particle size, KEK Kibblers also classify material through a built-in screen.

In order to support the customer and to optimize their process, all Kemutec lump breaker mills are customized on a project-by-project basis.

The KEK Kibbler delivers controlled, slow-speed and high-torque size reduction through a combination of impact, crushing, cutting, and abrasion. A heavy-duty beater sweeps product against a contoured grinding screen to achieve consistent particle size with minimal fines and minimal heat generation.

Available in a hygienic cantilever shaft design, the KEK Kibbler provides quick tool-free access for cleaning and rapid screen changes. This construction ensures maximum hygiene, durability, and ease of maintenance.
