The DIOSNA SPA Laboratory Spiral Mixer provides bakeries and laboratories with a professional platform for dough development, spiral mixing trials, and process optimization. The system can be equipped with 1–4 SP 12 spiral mixers, depending on testing requirements.

The SPA system enables accurate, repeatable spiral mixing for small to medium batches. Operators can manage kneading time, temperature, and tool rotation, allowing structured raw material analysis, recipe trials, and product development. In addition, the spiral mixers may be operated individually or simultaneously, supporting comparative testing and process refinement.
