Cooling & heating tunnel efficiently manages temperature-sensitive confectionery products, ensuring consistent cooling or heating during production. Designed with fully insulated “sandwich system” panels and a modular layout, it can be adapted to suit various line requirements and space constraints. Available in pre-cooling/pre-heating, intercooling, and full cooling/heating versions, it supports capacities up to 2,500 kg/h for laboratory, pilot, or full production lines.
