The Baker Perkins CoEx Master™ pillow crimper forms and seals co-extruded products into pillow-shaped cereals and snacks which can also include filled centers using the CoEx Master™ cream feed system. As part of the CoEx Master™ system, it delivers consistent product formation while supporting a variety of shapes and sizes through interchangeable roll sets.

As part of the Baker Perkins CoEx Master™ system, the CoEx Master™ pillow crimper transforms co-extruded product streams into sealed pillow-shaped products. Designed for flexibility and reliable operation, it enables food manufacturers to produce a variety of pillow or center-filled pillow cereals and snacks while supporting efficient product changeovers.
Precision pillow shaping
As co-extruded product streams enter the machine, crimping rollers fitted with multiple blades pinch and seal the product along its length. This creates uniform pillow-shaped products while helping maintain product appearance and filling distribution for filled product.
Flexible product formats
Alternative roll sets can be quickly removed and replaced to produce different product sizes and shapes. This flexibility allows manufacturers to create a wide variety of cereals and snacks from a single production line.
Designed for reliable operation
An integrated air curtain helps prevent product from sticking to the crimping blades during production. Combined with a simple changeover design, this supports efficient operation and minimizes downtime between production runs.
