Hygienic cutting design

The TruClean™ granola bar cutter is designed for slab and rope-style products that require accurate and consistent cutting. Its hygienic stainless steel construction supports food production environments while helping simplify cleaning and maintenance.

High-speed, precise performance

Capable of up to 180 cuts per minute depending on the product, the system uses dual servo-controlled blade movement to support accurate cutting and smooth product handling across a range of applications.

Flexible production integration

The TruClean™ bar cutter can operate as a stand-alone machine or be integrated into portable conveyor systems and existing production lines. It is suitable for products such as cereal bars, granola bars, extruded pet treats, licorice, and other continuous extruded products.

This unit is designed to cut lengths of continuous extruded products and is mounted to the portable conveyor framework.

    • Dual Servo control of blade 
      • One (1) Servo controls the up and down stroke

    • Servos have integrated brakes for safety and cleaning 
• Guarding: Stainless steel
