The Gearwheel depositor is a high-capacity industrial cream depositor designed for accurate portioning of very liquid to very heavy food products. Built for bakeries and food manufacturers, it uses a gearwheel pump system with stainless steel gears to deliver consistent deposits with minimal waste. As a result, production lines benefit from high-volume output while maintaining excellent control over deposit size, shape, and placement.
Precision cream depositing for a wide product range
The machine handles a broad range of products including cream, mousse, soft cheese, eclair filling, macarons, biscuit and cake batter, chocolate, marzipan, and short dough. In addition, working widths up to 1200 mm and 100 programmable recipes ensure flexibility and easy repeatability. Reverse gear rotation also helps prevent nozzle dripping, therefore supporting clean and accurate depositing across all products.
Engineered for hygiene, ease of use, and integration
The Gearwheel cream depositor is available on a C-frame for standard sizes and an H-frame for widths above 800 mm. Its stainless steel design, ceramic-coated pump housing, and fully dismountable components enable fast cleaning and reliable hygiene. Furthermore, a 25.4 cm (10″) full-color HMI touchscreen provides multilingual operation, recipe management, and intuitive parameter control. The machine integrates seamlessly into existing lines, whether stand-alone or inline.
Robust performance with scalable options
To support specialized recipes and production needs, the cream depositor can be equipped with optional features such as a heated funnel, rotating spouts, agitator, wire-cut system, and cutting frame.
