Consistent dosing and mixing
Automated or manual gravimetric dosing delivers accurate ingredient quantities for every batch. The MIX-A-LOT bulk solids mixer provides fast, gentle, and homogeneous mixing, minimizing particle damage or heating. Optional intralogistics solutions facilitate safe and efficient transport of premixes throughout the plant.
Hygienic, modular design
Constructed for easy cleaning and maintenance, MIH systems feature accessible, electro-polished surfaces and ATEX options. Modular components allow integration of storage, dosing, mixing, and transport systems tailored to production requirements.
Seamless integration for automated production lines
MIH systems operate as standalone units or as part of fully automated production lines. Flexible intralogistics, including manual handling, conveyors, or automated guided vehicles, ensures smooth material flow, even in multi-floor facilities.
Storage
Exchangeable storage containers (IBC, big bag, bag, octabin) hold only the ingredients required for each recipe, saving space and reducing hardware needs. Pneumatic feeding from silos is also possible for bulk materials.
Mixing
Dosed ingredients are homogenized into premixes using the MIX-A-LOT bulk solids mixer for granular materials or specialized mixers for non-granular premixes. The mixer ensures fast, gentle, and efficient mixing with easy-clean, accessible surfaces.
Dosing
The core of the MIH system, dosing can be manual or automated with the ADD-A-LOT system. Control systems and aspiration ensure precise, safe handling of bulk materials and dust mitigation.
Transportation
Intralogistics handles storage container exchanges and premix transport. Options include manual handling, conventional conveyors, or automated guided vehicles, enabling flexible and automated material flow throughout the plant.
