Efficient screening for flour, powders, and ingredients in gravity or inline lines
Sifting is a critical step in bakery and food production, ensuring powders, flour, and ingredients are free from lumps, contaminants, or oversized particles. Efficient sifting improves product consistency, prevents clogs in downstream equipment, and supports hygienic production standards.
The Heli-Sift™ EZ900 from Shick Esteve streamlines this process with high-throughput performance, tool-free screen access, and flexible configurations for both gravity and inline systems.
Key features:
- Tool-free design allows quick disassembly and reassembly
- Helical impellers for superior material dispersion and efficient sifting
- EZ screen removal enables one operator to perform 360° inspection in 5–10 minutes
- Belt or direct drive configurations available
- Slide-rail screen extraction with integrated screen support
- Multiple screen mesh and material options
- EZ900g is a direct replacement for the SRS 200 gravity sifter

The Heli-Sift™ EZ900 is engineered for high-throughput, hygienic sifting with quick, tool-free maintenance. The gravity model (EZ900g) integrates easily with hoppers and filters, while the inline model (EZ900i) is pressure- and vacuum-rated with a rotatable inlet for energy-efficient conveying. Built from 304 stainless steel with safety and cleanability in mind, the EZ900 delivers reliable, efficient screening for modern bakery and food lines.
Continuous, efficient sifting
The EZ900 uses helical impellers to disperse material evenly, creating a more effective screening process. Its tool-free construction allows operators to perform a complete 360° inspection quickly, while a wide range of mesh and material options ensures the system can be tailored to different production needs.
Flexible and adaptable design
With both belt and direct drive configurations available, the EZ900 offers flexibility to match different plant setups. Slide-rail screen extraction with integrated support makes handling and maintenance easier, and options such as custom hoppers, finishes, and filters provide further adaptability.
Built for hygiene and reliability
Constructed from sanitary stainless steel with a bead-blasted finish, the EZ900 is designed for cleanability and durability. External bearings with triple-lip seals and air purge protect against contamination, while built-in safety features, including access door interlocks and tailings level switches, ensure reliable operation.
