The TruClean™ Wirecut is designed to support efficient, high-speed production of cookies and bars with consistent product quality and simplified operation. Combining advanced servo control with hygienic machine design, the system helps manufacturers reduce downtime, improve accuracy, and handle a wide range of bakery products.
Precise servo-driven cutting
The patented dual-servo wirecut mechanism provides accurate control of the cutting motion for improved product definition, placement accuracy, and consistency across different dough types.
Hygienic design
Built to TruClean™ sanitary standards, the machine features open-access construction and tool-free component removal to support faster cleaning and reduced cross-contact risks.
Flexible cookie and bar products handling
The system can process plain dough, dough with inclusions, frozen dough, and filled products, with optional encapsulation capability for cream, chocolate, caramel, jam, and other fillings.
- Machine widths: 800 mm, 1000 mm, 1200 mm, 1500 mm
- Output: Up to 300 cuts/minute
- Product size range: Up to 121 mm
- Feed roll diameter: 265 mm, 312 mm
- Feed roll gap: 8 mm, 10 mm, or 12 mm
- 316 stainless steel construction for use with aggressive cleaning chemicals is available
- Servo-driven dynamic band raise can be added for improved product registration
- Internal belt circuit or over the oven band configurations are available
- Wirecut head cart
- Die cart
- Optional encapsulation module can be added to fully encapsulate a second dough or filling
