Coperion to feature new technologies at IBIE
for baking & baked goods industries

Coperion’s nine technology brands, with over 200 years of combined experience in the baking and baked goods industries will, for the first time at IBIE, be unified into a single booth location – #1825 in the West Hall. These brands – Bakon, Baker Perkins, DIOSNA, Kemutec, Peerless, Shaffer, Shick Esteve, Unifiller, and VMI – offer end-to-end integrated solutions across various applications. The booth will showcase how their technologies work together in real-world scenarios.
“We announced earlier this year that Coperion has taken steps to more stronglysynergize these well-known brands through a single new visual identity and structure, and we are proud to already be showcasing new technologies that originate from the combined expertise of the solution experts we have brought together,” says Matt Craig, President of Coperion’s Food, Health & Nutrition Division.
One such technology to be featured at IBIE is Connect advisor remote services, which uses RealWear and proprietary workflows to facilitate remote support from Coperion experts-streamlining maintenance, troubleshooting, safety, and training. Kevin Geye, Director of Aftermarket Sales, calls it “the future of equipment commissioning, service and training.”
Another launch is Coperion’s Unifiller HIRO robotic cake decorator, a precise robot designed for high-volume bakeries to perform precise tasks such as writing, drizzling, and creating custom designs using saved profiles.
Coperion’s VMI and DIOSNA technologies will demonstrate their integrated capabilities in Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs), offering scalable logistics for dough handling-transporting mixing bowls and dough resting tubs efficiently. Additional new displays include Baker Perkins’ TruClean frozen dough mini for cookie dough, a newly enhanced Shaffer dough chunker with vertical conveyor, and Peerless Peters servo sandwiching machine.
Covering over 14,000 square feet, the booth is divided into core zones to enhance visitor experience:
- Zone 1: Systems & ingredient automation (Shick Esteve, Kemutec)
- Zone 2: Fermentation, mixing, forming & dividing (Baker Perkins, DIOSNA, Shaffer, Peerless, VMI)
- Zone 3: Dosing, decorating & cutting (Bakon, Unifiller)
Attendees can schedule meetings with Coperion engineers or visit the booth #1825 in the West Hall to see technologies and systems in action, while also enjoying tasty live baked treats.
