Built for controlled dough sheeting
The TruClean™ three roll sheeter takes bulk or metered dough and forms it into a compact, uniform sheet. The three-roll arrangement creates a compression chamber that homogenizes the dough without over-working it. The infeed hopper allows returned scrap dough to be integrated into the underside of fresh dough, supporting consistent surface quality.

Reliable and efficient operation
The machine provides precise control over dough thickness and condition, ensuring uniform sheets for further processing. Components and assemblies can be removed or replaced without tools, simplifying maintenance and reducing downtime.

Optimized for hygiene and maintenance
