Autofeed automatically weighs and mixes dry and liquid confectionery ingredients before feeding the prepared slurry to the cooker, ensuring accurate and consistent processing.
Turbofilm™ continuous cooker continuously cooks the confectionery mixture to achieve the right consistency for gummy and jelly production. Its compact design supports high output production with very low energy use for jelly cooking.
Additive addition system accurately adds colours, flavours and other ingredients to the cooked mixture. Adding them at the final stage helps maintain product quality, reduce ingredient loss and allow quick changes between recipes.
Mold de-stacking unit automatically handles the molds after depositing, stacking them into portable racks for transfer to the cooler. This reduces manual handling and helps keep production running efficiently.
ServoForm Flexi combines automated ingredient weighing, continuous cooking, colour/flavour addition and mold handling for efficient gummy production, with quick changeovers and capacity up to 1,000 kg/hr.
Mold stacking unit automatically stacks filled moulds into racks after depositing, ready for cooling and setting.
De-molder removes the set gummies from the molds, completing the production line and delivering the finished gummies ready for packaging.
