All models feature compact footprints, intuitive graphical control interfaces, and Rapid Change (RC) capabilities for quick module exchange (between drum coater and fluid-bed module). Transparent process chambers and tool-free disassembly ensure optimal visibility and simplified cleaning. Optional CIP/WIP systems, containment solutions, and through-the-wall installation further enhance safety and hygiene in regulated production environments.

Precision control and reproducibility

With 21 CFR Part 11–compliant PC or touchscreen control, operators can monitor and record parameters such as air temperature, airflow, and spray rate to achieve repeatable results.
