Independent heating zones provide accurate temperature control for each confectionery product, ensuring consistent texture, quality, and formation of strands, bands, or layered gum. Configurable extruder types and screw options allow adaptation to different product formats and production requirements.

Flexible and reliable design
Machines are available from laboratory size up to 609.6 width(24″) product width, with capacities ranging from 200 to 5,000 kg/h. Manual or automatic access to process parts simplifies cleaning and maintenance, while flexible screw handling supports a variety of confectionery applications.
