Suitable for use with bulk solids, liquids, and slurries, these valves are robust in construction. They are offered in a variety of flange mounting types, materials, and actuator options. This version is specifically designed for flange mounting, making installation straightforward and reliable.
They are suitable for both food and pharmaceutical applications, provided the correct materials and certifications are chosen.

Construction:
- We offer a variety of material options for the body, disc, and liner, including:
- Ductile Iron (Rilsan coated)
- Stainless steel
- Carbon steel
- Liners in EPDM, Silicone, Natural rubber, etc
- This variety ensures compatibility with different products while maintaining hygiene and long-lasting performance. The design also reduces maintenance and replacement costs.
- Standard working pressure up to 16bar depending on valve size
- Standard flanges are PN10 or PN16 depending on valve size. Other flange standards are available
- Temperature limits from -40°C to +200°C (depending on type of liner and coating used)
- Integral drilling makes the installation time shorter and enables excellent alignment of the valve with the pipe flanges
