The PSPVW combines the strengths of spiral, beater, and planetary mixers, delivering precise results for creams, fillings, puddings, all-in masses, sand, and quark masses. Its interchangeable tools and smart design ensure thorough mixing while preserving ingredient quality. It can handle large batches of over 200 kg, saving both time and labor.
Consistent, controllable production
With fully variable bowl and tool speeds, the PSPVW allows repeatable and reliable operation. The programmable touchscreen supports up to 40 recipe levels. Separate control of the bowl and tool motors via integrated frequency converters adds flexibility to adapt mixing sequences to different recipes.
Flexible configurations to fit production needs
The machine comes in mobile or stationary versions, with an extendable bowl trolley if required. Stainless steel construction for the machine, vat, tools, and cladding ensures hygiene and durability. Additionally, the hydraulic tong lock and quick bayonet tool change improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
