Showcased on our booth, were technologies demonstrating integrated systems for dough handling – from ingredient automation and fermentation to mixing, forming, and dividing. We also highlighted our expertise in cake decoration and finishing, as well as automated processes for depositing/dosing, filling, spraying, and precision cutting – all designed to elevate your bakery production.

Showcased Kemutec’s hygienic and adaptable milling and sifting technology for flour and powder ingredients.
Ingredient Handling
Featured Shick Esteve’s hopper receiver stacks and liquid tote systems for storage and transfer. These were showcased alongside mixing and dough handling equipment from Peerless, Shaffer, and Baker Perkins.
Flour Reclaim and Dusting
Shick Esteve’s Laramore Flour Reclaim system can be integrated for dusting and flour recovery.

Shaffer’s Dough Chunker ensures continuous dough supply without compromising condition or temperature.
Dividing and Moulding
Baker Perkins’ Accurist2.1 Divider displayed alongside a full foam and rinse washdown function and Multitex4 Moulder with seeding attachment, for fully enrobed seeded loaves.

Dosing, Decorating & Cutting
Unifiller VMI
Depositing
VMI planetary mixer, a versatile mixer suited to cakes and creams, fed Unifiller’s single and multi-piston depositors for filling accurate portions and provide full cake automation.
Spraying and Cutting
BAKON’s spraying systems. The final cut was provided by Bakon ultrasonic precision cutting technology for beautifully shaped products, less cutting waste and safe cleaning. Bon appétit!
