The Baker Perkins TruClean™ Wirecut Mini is a small soft dough forming machine designed for precise small-batch production, ideal for R&D labs, pilot baking, and artisan bakeries.
It offers excellent weight control and uniform dough pressure for consistent cookies and bars up to 76.2mm (3”) in diameter, for up to 100 cut/min.

The TruClean™ Wirecut Mini is designed for bakeries, R&D labs, and test kitchens that need industrial-style wirecut performance in smaller batches. Open-frame construction and tool-free access make the Wirecut Mini fast to clean and ideal for environments with frequent product changeovers or allergen protocols.
- Optional belt for feeding directly into an oven or a pan feeding belt that lets you feed onto pans to be taken to a rack oven
- Quick-change dies and filler blocks
- Optional dough handling solutions may be available depending on configuration
- Optional conveyor integration may be supported based on system setup
- NEMA 4X-rated electrical enclosures for harsh environments
