Coperion’s Weingarten, Germany location, the base for Coperion’s material handling and recycling systems, is a key hub for system design, engineering, and testing. The site includes operations in Weingarten and a production plant and test facilities in nearby Niederbiegen, just 5 minutes away.
The facility serves global markets across industries handling bulk solids, with expertise in pneumatic conveying, rotary and diverter valves, and plant design. In addition to its Material Handling Test Center, the site opened the Recycling Innovation Center in 2023—a cutting-edge test center for all steps of plastics recycling, including feeding, extrusion, compounding, pelletizing, and deodorization.
