The Baker Perkins TruClean™ 390 rotary moulder mini is a compact, lab-scale rotary moulding machine designed to replicate full-size production for product development, testing, and small batch manufacturing of rotary moulded biscuits, cookies, sandwich cookie bases, pet bones and treats. It features the same belt scraper and scrap tray design as the full-size TruClean™ 390, making it easy to clean excess dough and maintain hygiene.
Precision scaling for product development
With roll and knife geometry that mirrors the full-size TruClean 390, this mini version ensures accurate die testing and process validation. It is ideal for new product trials, small batch for consistency runs, and scale-up accuracy.
Flexible, compact, and easy to operate
Available in 254 mm (10”) diameter die rolls and designed for 254 mm (10″) die rolls, the unit features a single-drive system for simple operation. Caster-mounted frame provides added flexibility for testing or light production.
Built for hygiene and easy cleaning
Its open-frame design and tool-free access allow quick cleaning and efficient product changeovers. This is essential for allergen control and R&D environments with frequent batch switching.
