The BAKON release agent sprayer is a high-efficiency industrial food spraying machine designed for even and precise application of release agents on trays, pans, and moulds. Its adjustable spray guns ensure a fine, uniform coating, while minimal overspray can be collected and removed, optimizing both product use and production cleanliness. Height and width adjustments allow precise coverage across a wide range of product sizes and shapes.

Consistent spraying quality with scalable output

With working widths from 400 to 1200 mm and the ability to handle 50–2500 trays or pans per hour, the machine adapts to varying production needs. Conveyor speed and spray gun position are adjustable for consistent coverage on bread pans, muffin trays, cake moulds, and other baking products. Both stand-alone and inline configurations support medium- to high-capacity production environments.

Designed for hygiene and ease of operation

Built entirely in stainless steel with corrosion-resistant components, the machine is robust, easy to clean, and HACCP-compliant. Optional exhaust units remove excessive oil mist, keeping the workspace clean. The adjustable spray guns minimize overspray and product waste, ensuring efficient, sustainable operation.

Reliable operation and process control

Trays, pans, or moulds are automatically transported along the conveyor while proximity sensors detect each item for precise spraying.
