Each system combines automatic flour delivery, vacuum recovery, and advanced filtration to keep operations hygienic, efficient, and safe. Continuous, hygienic flour handling
Flour is delivered automatically to dusters and sifters, while excess flour is collected through vacuum hoods, conveyor belt hoods, and bottom hoppers. The system recovers up to 96% of usable flour and removes airborne dust, ensuring cleaner air quality and a safer workplace.
Advanced filtration and contaminate removal
Two-stage centrifugal filters separate dough and other solids from the flour stream, preventing clogs and maintaining particle integrity.
