Built for high-throughput dough production, VMI SPI mixers handle everything from artisan breads to rich, low-hydration doughs. The removable bowl and stainless steel lid simplify handling and ingredient additions. A major innovation, the optional bowl cooling system ensures precise dough temperature control. Other features include flexible control panel positioning, a wide choice of mixing tools with quick-release, scraper, ingredient inlet, and dough recovery system.

The SPI spiral batch mixer AV, AVI, and DAVI models deliver powerful and consistent kneading across a wide range of dough types. Engineered for mid- to high-capacity production, these industrial batch mixers manage soft artisan doughs, dense tart doughs, and frozen doughs efficiently. Medium to large batch performance

Bowl volumes range from 220 to 700 liters, supporting dough capacities from 120 to 550 kg depending on the model. Custom volumes are available for integration into automated production systems.

Hygienic design

The removable bowl includes ergonomic handles for safe cleaning and transfer. A stainless steel lid allows ingredient addition during mixing without interrupting the process.

Operator-friendly controls

Choose manual control with AV models or advanced programmable touchscreen interfaces with AVI and DAVI. Optional features such as adaptable control panel placement support ergonomic workflow and space-efficient plant integration.
