Formerly Sirha Europain, the event is a premier gathering for bakery, pastry, and snacking professionals, celebrating the excellence of French bakery while blending tradition and innovation to shape the future of baking.
Coperion and its technology brands Diosna, Shick Esteve, Unifiller and VMI will showcase solutions for artisanal and commercial bakeries, supporting the production of French baked goods: baguettes, artisan breads, croissants, pains au chocolat, brioches, pastries (choux, éclairs, tarts), macarons etc.
