Models from 60 to 160 kg offer a choice between manual two-speed controls and the advanced Digy touch panel (GENIUS), which stores up to 99 recipes and automates mixing for greater repeatability and productivity.

A dual drive system (from 80 L and up), stainless steel construction, and PETG bowl cover with ingredient access door support food safety, durability, and easy sanitation.

Quiet operation supports a more ergonomic and comfortable production environment.
