Built for high-throughput dough production, VMI SPI mixers handle everything from artisan breads to rich, low-hydration doughs. The removable bowl and stainless steel lid simplify handling and ingredient additions. A major innovation, the optional bowl cooling system ensures precise dough temperature control. Other features include flexible control panel positioning, a wide choice of mixing tools with quick-release, scraper, ingredient inlet, and dough recovery system.

Ideal uses include:

Reliable results for medium to large batches
With bowl volumes from 220 to 700 liters, the SPI industrial mixers support dough capacities from 120 up to 550 kilograms (depending on model). Higher volumes available on request for integration into automated systems.

Hygienic design for industrial environments
The removable bowl includes ergonomic handles for easier cleaning and bowl transfers, while the stainless steel lid allows ingredient additions during mixing.

Operator-friendly controls and flexible layout
Whether with manual controls on the AV or with the advanced programmable touchscreen on the Touch version for our AV, AVI, and DAVI models, bakeries can choose the interface that fits their needs. Optional features like adaptable control panel placement support ergonomic and space-efficient plant integration.
