Whether you’re producing stiff fillings or high-density doughs, the Single Sigma Arm Mixer offers exceptional capacity from 408 to 2,258 kg (900 to 5,000 pounds) thanks to its large bowl size. Its open design, accessible from the side, allows for easy loading and visibility throughout the mixing process, making it ideal for high-throughput environments and production line integration.
Engineered for food safety and hygiene
Food safety is at the core of the Sigma Arm Mixer design. The product zone features stainless steel throughout for superior cleanability. Additional optional sanitary features include metal-detectable and positive pressure bowl seals, rotary face agitator shaft Seals (U.S. Patent No. 10,174,842) and NEMA 4X water-tight enclosures where applicable.
Accessibility options and temperature control
When space is limited, the Single Sigma Arm Mixer can be configured with a reverse curve design to minimize its footprint without sacrificing performance. For dough applications requiring temperature control, optional cooling jackets help regulate dough temperatures during the mixing cycle, protecting dough quality even in heat-sensitive processes.
