The TruClean™ line handles a wide variety of cookies, from bite-size to gourmet pieces for sizes of 38 mm (1.5″). Optional attachments, such as oscillating knives, allow processing of sticky or chunky doughs, while large inclusions and toppings can be incorporated for premium products.

Accurate feed rolls, die, and cutting mechanisms ensure precise weight control and product positioning at high outputs. Modular components for topping, paper slitting, and cutting allow rapid reconfiguration for different products or packing styles, minimizing waste and maximizing freezer space efficiency.

TruClean™ design minimizes debris accumulation and allergen risk, with fully welded frames, perforated guards, and high floor clearance for easy cleaning.
