The Trilab® vacuum homogenizer is designed for precise and repeatable mixing of cosmetic, skincare, and personal care formulations. Its three independent stirring movements, consisting of central rotor agitation, high-shear emulsification, and peripheral scraping, provide efficient homogenization, stable emulsions with particle sizes under five microns, and optimal temperature control. This ensures consistent results for pilot-scale production.
Consistent results for small batches
With capacities of 10, 30, and 50 liters, the Trilab® is ideal for testing formulations and producing pilot-scale results that can be directly scaled to industrial production. Integrated vacuum and pressure functions, together with programmable process parameters, allow precise monitoring and reproducibility across a wide range of product viscosities.
Hygienic operation and easy cleaning
Hygiene is ensured with a double-wall stainless steel bowl, easy product draining under air pressure, and optional Cleaning In Place for the 50 liter model. The compact and mobile chassis, combined with an electric lid, allows for easy handling. Integrated heating, vacuum, and power supply units simplify setup and operation.
Flexible control and reproducibility
The Trilab® features an intuitive touch screen for controlling speed, time, temperature, and agitation settings. Data logging ensures full traceability of each production run. Optional features, including an integrated melter, pH and conductivity meters, and remote maintenance, further enhance operational flexibility and efficiency.
