The Mucon RGV Roller Gate Slide Valve is designed to meet the rigorous demands of the bulk materials handling industry, combining durability with exceptional flexibility. Its modular construction allows the valve to be configured to suit specific applications while maintaining a robust and reliable design.
A patented blade support system ensures uninterrupted material flow through the valve body, with the option to incorporate an inlet deflector where required. Pre-loaded, self wear-compensating seals minimise material leakage and can be replaced without removing the valve from the process line, reducing downtime and maintenance effort.
The RGV Roller Gate Slide Valve is available in standard sizes from 150 mm (6″) to 600 mm (24″) square, with custom square or rectangular configurations easily manufactured. Square-to-round adapters can also be supplied for the inlet and/or outlet to integrate seamlessly into existing systems.
