Fluid bed
& vacuum dryers
To obtain optimal powder-based solid products such as granules, pellets, compact powders, and more, with defined residual moisture we provide technologies for the fluidized bed processing allow drying by air flow in the fluid bed apparatus. This achieves short drying times of the product at gentle temperatures. Our vacuum drying solutions allow meeting specific product and exposure requirements, while enabling for other particle distribution characteristics.

Wurster coating
Coating of pellets and granules can be greatly performed in fluid-bed processors using the Wurster method. Coating ensures stability by protecting the product, coloring, and visual effects. We supply manual and fully automatic coating systems. Our innovative spray technology and extensive drying system ensure short and accurate coating. We also cover peripheral processes like mixing the coating solutions.
