The Baker Perkins‘ TruClean™ laminator is a high-output machine designed to produce superior-quality laminated products efficiently. Its hygienic design, precise motion control, and flexible operation make it suitable for multi-purpose plants.

Built for precise lamination
The TruClean™ laminator gauges dough sheets to the desired thickness, which are then cut and laid down on a continuously moving conveyor. Scrap dough from cutting is returned to the sheeter, helping maintain efficiency. Laminated sheets can be embossed and cut before further processing.

Production flexibility
The combination laminator model allows dough to be directed either to the laminator or a bypass conveyor, enabling a full range of laminated and sheeted products on a single line. The machine can incorporate dry ingredients between layers and uses fast retraction layering carriage and low-deflection gauge rolls to maintain consistent sheet quality and accurate weight control.

Operational efficiency
Advanced motion-control technology allows adjustments to velocity and position during operation. Recipe-driven PLC control supports fast setup, quick product changeovers, and efficient operation with minimal waste.

Optimized for hygiene and maintenance
TruClean™ design ensures all conveyors and decking are stainless steel, with motors, gearboxes, and drive components located outside the frame for easy cleaning and reduced maintenance. The compact layout also helps minimize floor space requirements.
