Designed for ease of use in large-scale operations, the Shaffer mixer offers customizable frame designs—open, enclosed, or hybrid—to suit specific plant layouts. Its hydraulic bowl tilt system allows for precise control, including forward tilts up to 140° or bi-directional tilt, facilitating efficient unloading of large dough batches. The operator-friendly Watershed control panel with touch screen and PLC interface simplifies batch management.

Engineered according to hygienic design best practices

From a food safety perspective, the Triple Roller Mixer is engineered with hygiene and compliance in mind. The stainless steel product zone (including bowl, agitator, and canopy) ensures easy cleaning and corrosion resistance. The machine uses food-grade, positive-pressure bowl seals and features metal-detectable UHMW components to minimize contamination risks.
