The Baker Perkins TruClean™ 590 heavy duty rotary moulder is engineered for the high-demand forming of large, thick products such as pet bones, energy bars, and other developed or abrasive doughs. This includes large, thick developed doughs with abrasive ingredients such as bone meal. Designed with robust components and reinforced roll coatings, the machine features a bolt-together design that allows easy disassembly and fast die roll changeover. The machine delivers consistent high-speed performance with superior efficiency and durability.

The extraction apron system includes pressure-adjustable rubber rollers, scraper knife, and a cross conveyor to efficiently remove scrap and aid belt tracking. Heavy-duty knife assembly is fully adjustable horizontally and vertically during operation.
