Baker Perkins’ Accurist Divider will be displayed with a full foam-and-rinse wash-down function, alongside the Multitex4 Bread Moulder with seeding attachment for fully enrobed seeded loaves. The brand’s renowned Servo Wire-cutting Machine will also be showcased.

Explore Unifiller’s transfer pump and multi-piston depositors for accurate portion filling – highlighting their heavy-duty industrial food depositor Pro 4000i for complex liquids and masses meeting highest sanitation standards.
Live demonstrations
During the show, the bakery chefs from our Baking Test Labs at Baker Perkins, VMI, and DIOSNA will perform live baking demonstrations.
