Engineered for the gentle and efficient conveying of powders, pellets, and granular materials over short distances, these oil-less rotary vane blowers are ideally suited for food and pharmaceutical production environments where oil and water contamination must be avoided. The dry-operating design supports hygienic processing while ensuring quiet, cool, and continuous operation.
Designed for conveying line sizes from 38 mm (1.5 in) to 76 mm (3 in), the blower packages are available in power ranges from 4.0 to 9.3 kW (7.5 to 12.5 HP). Each system is selected and configured by Coperion engineers to meet application-specific requirements, supporting consistent, efficient, and compliant bulk material handling in regulated industries.
