Application concepts:
- Bulk-X-Change Gravity: Ideal for free-flowing coarse powders and pellets. Material flows vertically by gravity through tubes surrounded by heating or cooling media, achieving efficient thermal treatment.
- Bulk-X-Change Inline Gravity: Designed for installations with limited height. Integrated into pneumatic dilute-phase conveying systems, it allows flexible positioning and easy retrofitting without production downtime.
- Bulk-X-Change Inline: Optimized for fine powders. The heat exchanger is installed directly in vertical pneumatic conveying lines, with material fed from below using the conveying gas for precise thermal control.
